Background

Deniss Grics
is the founder of Delta Grand.

His background combines international commercial diplomacy, international economics and an MBA. A significant part of his early career was dedicated to hospitality, where he developed an understanding of service, discretion, operational discipline and long-term client relationships.
Over the years, Deniss has also worked across entrepreneurship, financial services, real estate and investment projects. This combination shaped the foundation of Delta Grand — a company built not around volume, but around trust, structure and client-side thinking.

Real Estate & Dubai Market Experience

Deniss has been involved in real estate and investments for more than ten years.
During the early stage of his real estate career, he participated in the creation, development and management of companies in the real estate and investment sector. His financial and analytical background supported his work in strategy, planning and business process management.
Over the past five years, Deniss has worked directly in the Dubai market, supporting private investors and buyers across transactions of different scale. Total transaction volume supported amounts to AED 350–400 million, with approximately 70% of clients returning or arriving through referral.
